Delia Group
Renowned Australian chef, restaurateur, and television personality Shane Delia takes on the role of Culinary Ambassador for the Thomas Dixon Centre. In addition to launching a signature restaurant in 2025, his culinary philosophy has informed our catering packages, which will be sure to deliver bold, globally inspired flavours.

The Talbot Theatre
Our state-of-the-art theatre boasts a generous stageomfortably seats 320 in the main auditorium, with a further 21 in the private gallery.
Kite Terrace
With its own bar, the Kite Terrace hovers above the theatre celebrating Queensland’s wide blue skies and Brisbane’s city views. Perfect for cocktail receptions, breakfast events, product launches, birthdays and wedding celebrations.
Champagne Terrace
